Dann steht das Problem oder das Thema nicht mehr zwischen uns, sondern wir schauen gemeinsam auf dieses Problem drauf. Und das ist ganz interessant. Das klingt manchmal so banal oder man denkt, was, wie soll denn das funktionieren? Also wenn man das mal ausprobiert, dann wird man merken, dass es sofort die Spannung in einem Gespräch nehmen kann.
